The antidote for covetousness is contentment.
The two are in opposition.
Whereas the covetous, greedy person
worships himself,
the contented person worships God.
Contentment comes from trusting God.
– John Macarthur

When you are tired, when it seems like you have done all you can do but nothing has worked and you are sinking fast, do not despair! God is still alive and active, he sees you and knows what you need! Do not worry about doing anything to make your breakthrough come about, hand “it” over to God through prayer and believe that he will make a way at his appointed time. You are his beloved and he has not left you alone. Trust him, fully trust him, with all that you are and stand back and be amazed as he once again makes a way where there was no way.
Dedication is writing your name on the bottom of a blank sheet of paper and handling it to the Lord for Him to fill in.
― Rick Renner
